Facilities that are engaged in\nmanufacturing, processing &amp; distribution of cosmetic products are required\nto comply with below FDA requirements under FDA\u2019s MoCRA regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fdahelp.us\/fda-mocra-registration-listing-cosmetic-facility.html\">Facility\nregistration<\/a> <\/li><li>Product listing<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fdahelp.us\/cosmetics-labeling.html\">Label\ncompliance<\/a><\/li><li>Comply with cGMP requirements<\/li><li>Safety substantiation of cosmetic\nproducts<\/li><li>Adverse event reporting system<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cosmetic\nproducts and ingredients do not need FDA premarket approval. However, FDA can\nenforce action against cosmetic products on the market that are not in\ncompliance with the law.
